Our Story

How it Began

Ruby Rhapsody's Origins

Founded on February 15, 2023, Ruby Rhapsody started as an alt-rock band with blues rock influences, shaped by the shared vision of its founding members.

"Hindi Pwedeng Hindi"

This phrase reminds us to push boundaries and pursue our passion for music, no matter the challenges. It's about never settling and always striving to elevate our creativity and sound.

Music (Rubified)

Our music blends Melodic Chaos with "a symphony from those below," drawing from Pierce the Veil, Loathe, Sleep Token, Bring Me the Horizon, and shoegaze. The name merges the elegance of a ruby gem with the orchestral essence of a rhapsody — beauty and chaos in one.

Performances & Releases

We've performed at numerous gigs, both on and off campus. Recently, we released our first music video, Dangerous Woman (Rubified) — a fresh, bold take on Ariana Grande's original hit.
